Preparation Steps
- Prep Ingredients: Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature for about 15 minutes.

- Shape Truffles: Scoop mixture into small balls or spread into a shallow container, freeze for 15 minutes to firm.
- Chill: Refrigerate shaped truffles for 30 minutes or freeze for about 15 minutes until firm.
- Optional Coating: Melt white chocolate or coconut butter, dip each truffle and set them on parchment for coating to harden.
