  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips For coating; omit for sugar-free.
  • 1 tsp Natural Food Coloring Or use turmeric for color.

Preparation Steps
  1. Prep Ingredients: Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature for about 15 minutes.

  3. Shape Truffles: Scoop mixture into small balls or spread into a shallow container, freeze for 15 minutes to firm.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate shaped truffles for 30 minutes or freeze for about 15 minutes until firm.
  5. Optional Coating: Melt white chocolate or coconut butter, dip each truffle and set them on parchment for coating to harden.
  6. Serve & Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
