- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the chocolate-covered toffee bits for garnishing. Fold the remaining toffee bits into the dip.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle reserved toffee bits over the top. Serve immediately with apple slices or other dippers.
- If storing leftovers, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 2-3 days.
