Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Fill each cavity of the greased donut pan about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Melt butter for coating and mix sugar with cinnamon.
  9. Gently brush the donuts with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  10. Prepare chocolate ganache and drizzle over the coated donut bites.
