Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Chili Salmon Balls
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your fresh salmon into chunks and pulse in a food processor until finely chopped.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine salmon with breadcrumbs, green onions, red bell pepper, minced garlic, grated ginger, egg, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper, mixing until cohesive.
  4. Roll portions of salmon mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  6. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm salmon balls with creamy garlic sauce for dipping.
