- In a mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, almond flour, brown sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold, unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, brown sweetener, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Toss your sliced apples in this blend until nicely coated.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish and layer the apple filling evenly, followed by the crumbly topping.
