Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 6-8 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour sauce over cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir to coat and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Stir for about 2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
