Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast or chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets or other veggies like bell peppers
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
For the Noodles
  • 8 ounces Noodles any type such as rice or soba
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce use gluten-free for dietary needs
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste adjust for spice preference

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the oil and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
  4. Add 1 pound of sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir in 2 cups of broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili paste, mixing well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add drained noodles to the skillet and toss for about 2 minutes until evenly coated.
  8. Taste and season with salt and pepper before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
