Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the oil and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
- Add 1 pound of sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in 2 cups of broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili paste, mixing well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add drained noodles to the skillet and toss for about 2 minutes until evenly coated.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
