Step-by-Step Instructions for Oven-Roasted Spaghetti Squash
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the stem and base of the spaghetti squash, then cut it in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of each half and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub to coat evenly.
  4. Place the squash halves cut-side down on the baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes until tender.
  5. Flip the squash cut-side up and fluff the strands with a fork before serving.
