- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan, oregano, and basil.
- If desired, add red pepper flakes.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
