Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Add sliced flank steak and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir frequently.
  4. Add bok choy stems and red bell pepper, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Return flank steak to the pan and mix with vegetables. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth, then pour into skillet while stirring. Cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
