Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Sautéed Zucchini, Mushrooms, and Onions
  1. Wash all vegetables. Slice zucchini into half-moons, mushrooms into slices, and onion into wedges. Mince garlic and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  3. Sauté sliced onions for about 3 minutes until soft and translucent.
  4. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sauté for another 3-4 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Introduce zucchini with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until zucchini is tender but firm.
