Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Mix well and pour in melted butter, coating all dry ingredients.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip carefully, cover, and refrigerate to thicken.
  6. Once chilled, fold in sliced strawberries.
  7. Combine half of the cooled pretzel crunch into the strawberry mix, then top with remaining crunch before serving.
