  • 1 cup Pitted Dates preferably Medjool, soak in hot water to soften
For the Flavor
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries or substitute with any berry of choice
For Creaminess
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Almond Butter or any nut/seed butter, can substitute with sunbutter for nut-free option

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  2. Pulse the raw almonds or rolled oats in a food processor until coarse, then add hemp hearts and pulse again.
  3. Add cocoa powder and sea salt to the processor; pulse until evenly mixed.
  4. Combine drained dates, frozen raspberries, and creamy nut butter in the processor and blend until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Roll portions of the dough into small balls about an inch in diameter.
  6. Chill the formed balls in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes before serving.
