Method
 

Directions

  3. Add canned pumpkin puree, milk, large eggs, vanilla extract, and your choice of maple syrup or honey to the dry mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Pour the oatmeal mixture evenly into the greased baking dish, spreading it into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is puffed and golden brown; a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
