Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangular pieces.
  3. Place 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a piece of mozzarella at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the tip, sealing the edges.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
