Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of boiling water with a .6 oz box of sugar-free Jello and 1 scoop of protein powder. Blend the mixture for about 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Once the blend is smooth, add in 1 cup of Greek yogurt and blend again for another 30 seconds until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a single large dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy! Optionally top with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
