Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Chop medium fresh shrimp coarsely.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chopped shrimp, minced garlic, and sliced green onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, then reduce heat and add softened cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Mix in sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
