Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil in a pot. Once boiling, add 2 black tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. While your tea cools, juice 2 lemons and prepare 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice. Strain the juices through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
  3. Pour the cooled tea into a large pitcher and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey or sugar. Stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and pineapple juice to the pitcher with the sweetened tea. Stir well for about 30 seconds.
