Preparation Steps
  1. Start by preparing your ingredients for the Shrimp and Asparagus Stir-Fry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cleaned shrimp with soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the marinated shrimp to the pan, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  6. Add prepared asparagus and mushrooms to the pan and cook for another 3-5 minutes until asparagus is tender.
  7. Pour in remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle in sesame oil before serving.
  9. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
