Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add pork sausage, diced onions, and green peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs and mix with cheddar cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in the cooled sausage and vegetable mixture.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each slightly. Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to an airtight container.
