- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine one room temperature extra-large egg with one cup of plain full-fat Greek yogurt, a half cup of cocoa powder, one scoop of protein powder, one cup of coconut sugar, and one teaspoon of baking powder. Mix vigorously for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the thick brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly using a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
