Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut chicken breasts into 2-3 inch square pieces and set aside.
  2. Create a breading station with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, then eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, enough to cover the bottom.
  5. Fry chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain fried chicken on a wire rack.
  7. Whisk together sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill in refrigerator.
  8. Prepare and optionally toast slider buns.
  9. Assemble sliders with honey mustard sauce, fried chicken, cheese, toppings, and the top bun.
