Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick, and slice into six equal portions.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine diced ham, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the filling onto one half of each dough portion, leaving a half-inch border.
  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Brush the tops of each pocket with beaten egg and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once baked, brush the pockets lightly with melted butter and let cool slightly before serving.
