- Begin by washing and thoroughly drying the asparagus. Trim the tough ends of each stalk by cutting off about 1-2 inches.
- Lay one piece of prosciutto flat on a clean surface, then place a mozzarella stick at one end. Take 2-3 asparagus stalks and position them on top of the mozzarella. Roll the prosciutto tightly around the asparagus and cheese.
- While wrapping the asparagus, preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat to about 375°F (190°C).
- Once the grill is hot, place the wrapped asparagus bundles directly onto the grill grates. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Carefully remove the grilled asparagus bundles from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
