  • 1 can canned coconut milk Regular milk or half-and-half can be used as alternatives
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries Fresh strawberries are a good alternative
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Can be adjusted to taste; honey can be used as a substitute
  • 1 cup ice
For Garnish
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries Optional, for topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream Optional, can use extra heavy cream

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine berry juice, coconut milk, cold water, and frozen strawberries. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  3. Take a tall glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes. Add sliced fresh strawberries on top.
  4. Pour the blended pink drink mixture over the ice, filling the glass to your desired level.
  5. Top the drink with prepared whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries. Serve immediately.
