- In a medium mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.
- In a blender, combine berry juice, coconut milk, cold water, and frozen strawberries. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
- Take a tall glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes. Add sliced fresh strawberries on top.
