Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Zucchini Stir Fry
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, chop the zucchini and any additional vegetables, and mince the garlic.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), honey, and sesame oil.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and then the chopped zucchini and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
