  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt can be used
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, adjust based on preference
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Feel free to swap with other cheeses
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs e.g., parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare baking equipment.
  2. Press circular pieces of crescent roll dough into each cup of a mini-muffin pan.
  3. Cut out bunny ear shapes from leftover dough and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the bunny ears for about 3-5 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. Bake the mini-muffin pan for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Create wells in the center of each warm crescent cup with a wooden spoon.
  7. Mix chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and Parmesan in a bowl until creamy.
  8. Fill each crescent well with the mixture and insert bunny ears.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
