Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers.
  3. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea using a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher.
  5. While warm, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  6. Add fresh lime juice and stir to combine.
  7. Stir in 2 cups of cold water to dilute.
  8. Blend diced ripe mango until smooth, then stir into the tea.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  10. Serve over ice in tall glasses.
  11. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
