Making the Slurpee
  1. Wash the peaches under cold water, slice them in half, remove pits, and chop into smaller pieces. Place in blender.
  2. Add lemon juice and sugar to the blender. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Gradually add ice while blending on medium speed until the ice is finely crushed and mixture is slushy.
  4. Adjust the consistency with water or peach juice if too thick, blend for 10-20 seconds.
  5. Pour into cups and garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
