Making the Slurpee
- Wash the peaches under cold water, slice them in half, remove pits, and chop into smaller pieces. Place in blender.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the blender. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Gradually add ice while blending on medium speed until the ice is finely crushed and mixture is slushy.
- Adjust the consistency with water or peach juice if too thick, blend for 10-20 seconds.
- Pour into cups and garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
