Preparation Steps
  1. In a bowl or glass jar, mix together 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of freshly brewed espresso, 1 cup of plant-based milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Mix in 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt until thick and creamy. Ensure no lumps remain.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of sugar (if desired), and 2 tablespoons of hot water until creamy.
  6. Serve the oats in bowls or jars, topped with the sweet coffee cream and optional garnishes.
