- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously spray a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the dried lasagna noodles and cook for about 7 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced onions, kosher salt, dried Italian seasoning, and black pepper for 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute, then add ground beef and brown until fully cooked.
- Mix in marinara sauce and remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, remaining kosher salt, half of mozzarella, and half of parmesan, stirring until creamy.
- Spread meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, fill noodles with ricotta mixture and meat sauce, rolling tightly.
- Pour remaining meat sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving cut into individual servings.
