  1. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and add lean ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, cooking for approximately 5 minutes until browned. Drain excess moisture.
  3. Stir in coarsely chopped pepperoni along with spice mix into the cooked beef. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate crushed tomatoes and tomato paste into the beef and pepperoni mixture. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Lay wraps flat, divide filling evenly among them, sprinkle with cheese, roll tightly, and seal edges with water.
  6. Place rolls seam-side down on a greased baking tray or air fryer. Spray tops lightly with oil and toast at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow rolls to cool slightly before serving. Pair with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
