- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for roasting the red bell peppers.
- Cut the red bell peppers in half, remove seeds and stems, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for about 20 minutes.

- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sausage, egg, almond flour, salt, diced onion, coconut aminos, parsley, and mint.
