- Begin by popping 6-7 cups of popcorn using your preferred method—either an air popper, stovetop, or microwave.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, add 4 tablespoons of butter and melt gently, stirring occasionally.
- Once the butter is melted, add in 10 ounces of mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and ¼ cup of cake batter protein powder.
- Immediately pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cooled popcorn and gently toss to coat.
- Fold in about ½ cup of Funfetti sprinkles.
- Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and transfer the coated popcorn mixture into the dish.
- For optional drizzle, melt ½ cup of white chocolate and drizzle over the pressed popcorn.
