  • 6 tablespoons Butter Melted
Filling
  • 1 cup Light and Fit Greek Vanilla Yogurt Or any low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Cream Cheese Soften to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder Can use non-flavored protein
Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Biscoff Cookie Butter To swirl on top

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush about 20 Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and vanilla protein powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust evenly with a spatula.
  4. Swirl Biscoff cookie butter on top of the filling for added richness.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
