Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Hot Chocolate Coffee Bombs
  1. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Coat the insides of six silicone mold cavities with melted milk chocolate. Freeze for 5-10 minutes until set.
  3. Add a second layer of melted milk chocolate in the molds, freeze for another 5-10 minutes until firm.
  4. Fill half of the chocolate molds with hot chocolate mix and espresso powder, then remove from freezer.
  5. Seal the bombs by melting edges of the other half of the shells and pressing together.
  6. Return to freezer for an additional 5-10 minutes to set completely before decorating.
