Step-by-Step Instructions for Hot Chocolate Coffee Bombs
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Coat the insides of six silicone mold cavities with melted milk chocolate. Freeze for 5-10 minutes until set.
- Add a second layer of melted milk chocolate in the molds, freeze for another 5-10 minutes until firm.
- Fill half of the chocolate molds with hot chocolate mix and espresso powder, then remove from freezer.
- Seal the bombs by melting edges of the other half of the shells and pressing together.
- Return to freezer for an additional 5-10 minutes to set completely before decorating.
