Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two round cake pans.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the large eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and cold brewed coffee. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, folding until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then invert onto wire racks to cool completely.
  7. Beat together the softened butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
  8. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and milk until desired consistency is reached.
  9. Frost the cooled cake layers with the peanut butter frosting.
