Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 20 cm loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Add ¼ cup of nut butter, 2 eggs, ⅓ cup sweetener, 1 tsp vanilla, and ⅛ tsp sea salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add 1½ cups oat flour, ½ cup cocoa powder, and 2 tsp baking powder into the wet mixture. Fold gently until fully incorporated.
- Fold in ¼ cup chocolate chips evenly into the batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top. Optionally sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes
Using very ripe bananas will yield the sweetest and most flavorful bread. Ensure baking powder is fresh, and allow the bread to cool completely before slicing for the best texture.
