Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly to prevent sticking.
  2. Press the tofu for 20-30 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into approximately 18 wing-shaped pieces.
  3. Set up three breading stations: one with cornstarch, another with plant milk, and the last with seasoned panko mixed with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Coat each tofu piece in cornstarch, then dip in plant milk, and finally cover with seasoned breadcrumbs before placing on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the tofu wings for 25 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a saucepan, melt the vegan butter, then stir in hot sauce and garlic. Let the sauce simmer until smooth.
  7. Toss the baked tofu wings in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately with vegan dressing.
