Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and toss with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, lay seasoned chicken strips in a single layer, and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Layer spinach, mozzarella, and cooked chicken on each tortilla, then roll tightly.
  5. Spray the outside of wraps with olive oil and arrange seam-side down in the air fryer.
  6. Air fry wraps at 375°F for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove wraps, cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing.
