Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the avocado by halving, removing the pit, and mashing it with salt and lime juice.
  2. Lay out two slices of whole wheat bread and spread the mashed avocado on one slice.
  3. Stack two slices of fresh tomato on top of the avocado.
  4. Add thinly sliced red onion on top of the tomatoes.
  5. Place a few slices of cucumber on top.

  8. Top with the second slice of bread and press gently to combine.
