  • 1 pinch sea salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract

Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Pistachio Protein Bites
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter and honey until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add rolled oats, dried cranberries, shelled pistachios, vanilla protein powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Scoop out portions of about 1 ounce and roll into balls.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled balls on it, spaced about an inch apart.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the bites firm up.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container for storage in the fridge or freezer.
