- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave until smooth. Approx. 5-7 minutes.
- Pour melted chocolate into disposable cups, coating thoroughly. Set upright on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- After 15 minutes at room temperature, pour a second layer of chocolate to stabilize. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Remove chocolate cups from molds and fill with cocoa powder, topping with mini marshmallows.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle with sugar for decoration. Allow to set a few minutes.
- Heat milk until steaming, place chocolate cup in milk, and stir gently with a candy cane.
