- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of milk with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
