- Begin by peeling and placing 1 ripe banana in a large mixing bowl. Mash until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- To the mashed banana, add 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix until well combined, around 2-3 minutes.
