Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Roll out the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing the seams.
  3. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes, then drain excess grease.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until fully mixed and pour over the sausage layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the egg and sausage layers.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
