- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Roll out the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing the seams.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes, then drain excess grease.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until fully mixed and pour over the sausage layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the egg and sausage layers.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
