Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of whole rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 cup of almond milk. Mix until smooth and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. While the oat mixture thickens, thaw 1 cup of blueberries in the microwave for about 30 seconds and mash them until jam-like.
  3. Grab five jars and divide the oat mixture evenly among them, filling about two-thirds full. Layer mashed blueberries on top or mix in.
  4. Seal jars with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor and texture.
