Mix Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine whole rolled oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk together vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. Allow the mixture to sit for 5–10 minutes.
Prepare Blueberries
- If using frozen blueberries, place them in a small bowl to thaw. Once thawed, gently mash the blueberries with a fork, pouring off any excess liquid, and set aside.
Portion into Jars
- Take five small jars and evenly distribute the creamy oat mixture into each one, filling them about three-quarters full. Layer the mashed blueberries on top or swirl them in.
Refrigerate
- Seal each jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
Serve
- Remove a jar from the fridge and enjoy cold or warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add toppings if desired.

These oats can be made in larger batches and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze jars for up to 1 month and thaw overnight before enjoying.
