Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by placing the rolled oats in a food processor. Pulse them until they are finely chopped, resembling a coarse flour texture, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries, desiccated coconut, coconut oil, and a splash of water to the processed oats. Blend for 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture onto a clean surface and shape it into a log. Cut the log into 20 equal pieces.
  4. With damp hands, roll each piece into a small ball, about the size of a tablespoon, and coat with extra desiccated coconut.
  5. Place the completed Blueberry Bliss Balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
