Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Arrange the cherry or grape tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion, minced garlic, and crumbled feta cheese in individual ramekins or in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the dried oregano, thyme, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle this over the feta and vegetables.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until vegetables soften and feta is creamy and golden.
